Welcome

My name is Tracy and I am a Certified Play Therapist based in South Norfolk. 


With over 20 years of experience in primary education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding of children’s needs to my work as a Play Therapist. 

  

I am committed to helping every child navigate their emotions, heal from difficult experiences, build self-esteem, and develop confidence in themselves. My goal is to ensure they have the opportunity to enjoy a happy, healthy childhood and reach their full potential.

What is Play Therapy?

Play therapy is a powerful tool that allows children to explore difficult thoughts and feelings through their natural medium of play. 


By using various play and creative art materials, children are provided with a safe space to express themselves, helping them gain deeper insight into their emotions, building self-esteem and resilience and enhancing their overall well-being. 

Who is is Play Therapy for?

Play therapy can support children aged 4 to 12 experiencing a variety of difficulties such as

  • stress and anxiety
  • low self esteem
  • anger, aggression and challenging behaviour
  • friendship difficulties and bullying
  • bereavement or loss through separation
  • trauma and abuse
